Yes i do, more so as i have got older which has surprised me, all the older celebs that are in the media look much younger than they are which make people of equal age feel inadequate even though we know the pictures are air brushed and enhanced

Yes, I notice pressure from the media to try and adhere to certain supposed ideals (this is multiplied for women but nevertheless holds true for men also). I don't 'feel' that pressure as such because I know enough to ignore such superficiality No I don't. I firmly believe that beauty is what we are, not what we might be. We all have the capacity to be beautiful and it goes a lot deeper than the media would have us believe Not at all. I will do what I can to be healthy and happy.
